Each month, a letter arrives from Elara, a young explorer investigating Fernfall Forest. One month may bring a mysterious clue. The next may reveal something no explorer has ever documented before.

Fernfall Elite includes six handmade creatures, each revealed as part of the story.

Every creature is crocheted by hand in the PandaMae studio—not pulled from a warehouse or mass produced.

Each one is intentionally small, simple, and collectible, with its own personality and place in the story.

Your Explorer won’t know which creature is coming next. They’ll encounter the clues first, make their guesses, and wait for the discovery to arrive.

Only then will they meet the creature hiding behind the mystery.

What age is Fernfall designed for?

Fernfall is designed primarily for children ages 6–12. Younger Explorers may enjoy experiencing the story with a grown-up, while older children who enjoy mysteries, imaginative play, and receiving mail may love it too.

How long does the adventure last?

Season One unfolds over 12 months, beginning in January 2027. Your Explorer receives one new piece of the continuing story each month.

What will my child receive?

All Fernfall Explorers receive 12 story letters, 6 physical mystery clues, 6 Creature Cards, 6 map stickers, and an illustrated map of Fernfall Forest. Fernfall Elite also includes 6 handmade plush creatures, arriving as they are discovered in the story.

What are the creatures made of?

Fernfall creatures are crocheted by hand using soft polyester yarn and filled with polyester stuffing. Their features are embroidered rather than made with plastic safety eyes.

When does Season One begin?

Season One begins in January 2027. Enrollment is open now, with a limited number of Explorer spots available.

What’s the difference between Fernfall and Fernfall Elite?

Both include the complete 12-month Fernfall story, clues, Creature Cards, map, and stickers. Fernfall Elite also includes all 6 handmade plush creatures as they are discovered throughout the adventure.

Can I purchase Fernfall as a gift?
